No More Tear
No More Tear is one band from Thailand who shelter under Genie Records label (a subsidiary of GMM Grammy Records). Poonsak Jaturaboon (one of the personnel and the producer of the band Big Ass) who discovered the potential of this band, recommend to the executive producer Genie Records. At that time the band was still using the name "Imaginary Lie". Music genre of the band is more likely to Imaginary Lie Screamo band compared to No More Tear that brought the genre of Rock.
In 2007, the band was signed by Genie Records later they changed the band's name became "No More Tear". Their debut album, titled "Yellow Light" and was released on the 26th september 2008. Their first official debut album "Yellow Light" successful enough to hit the music market there because it gives a new color in thailand music scene. At first the band was formed with the formation of five personnel but the band's career amid one of their guitarists resign, so that personnel now consists of only four people, namely:
Fukfang: Vocal
Chay: Guitar
Tae: Bass
Ice: Drum
In 2009 diperayaan 25th anniversary label GMM Grammy, the band took part in the compilation album titled "Play" which contains old songs are in the re-arrangement. And re-arrangement of their song is "Boomerang" which was originally sung by Bird Thongchai. In 2011 the band joined the soundtrack of the movie "SuckSeed". Many movie fans SuckSeed misunderstand that song Pleng Tee Chun Mai Dai Tang sung by Ern (Nattasha Nauljam) is a masterpiece of a song Natt. When the film was a success and the fans asked the band SuckSeed to do a live show, they use the song Pleng Tee Chun Mai Dai Tang in their concerts. But in reality it is the work song from the band No More Tear. Even the producers of the movie "Suckseed" recognizes that the character "Ern" (in the film) and is designed to imitate the character Fukfang No More Tear vocalist.
The Effort is their new album which is also one of the new single which was released earlier this year (2012). Now they're doing a tour around Thailand to promote their new album The Effort.
